1. Who we are

The website iptvpremiumquebec.com (“IPTV Premium Quebec”, “we”) provides information and setup help for IPTV player apps.

3. Information we collect

We only collect the information needed to answer your requests:

• When you write to us (email, WhatsApp or Telegram): your name or username, your email address or phone number, the content of your message and any technical details you choose to share (device brand and model, app name, screenshots).
• When you visit the site: our host records technical data in its server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time) to keep the site secure and working.

The site has no forms, no customer accounts and no analytics or advertising tools.

Never send us your passwords, banking details or verification codes.

4. How we use your information

• To answer your questions and help you set up your device or app;
• to keep the site secure and prevent abuse;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for profiling or targeted advertising.

5. Consent

By writing to us, you consent to our using the information you provide to reply to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, subject to our legal obligations.

6. Cookies

The site uses one functional cookie, pll_language, which remembers your language choice (French or English). It isn’t used to identify or track you.

7. Service providers and third parties

• Hostinger — website hosting and content delivery network (CDN).
• Our email provider — receives the emails sent to Contact@televizoiptv.com.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and Telegram — if you choose to message us through these services, which process your information under their own privacy policies.

8. Transfers outside Quebec

These providers may store or process information outside Quebec.

9. Retention

We keep our exchanges with you only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to admin accounts and regular site updates. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, however.

11. Confidentiality incidents

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people concerned, as the law requires.

12. Your rights

You can ask to access your information, correct it, withdraw your consent or stop its dissemination, and, where applicable, receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format. Write to Contact@televizoiptv.com; we will reply within 30 days.

If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, depending on your situation.

13. Minors

The site is not intended for children under 14. We don’t knowingly collect information about them without the consent of the person having parental authority.

We may update this policy. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
